Al Burj

Woah! Look at Al Burj, being constructed in Dubai! It’s at a whopping 1,050m!

Designed by Woods Bagot, it has a total build-up area of 16, 038, 200 sqft and usable space of 5,295,800 sqft! eek!

How do you guys feel about SC Global, that boutique developer?

Personally, I feel it developed high-end luxury homes, but I noticed they haven’t developed any condos outside the city area?

Are they playing hard to get?

Personally, I feel Capitaland is a nice, build-on-time developer. Glentrees, Pebble Bay, Belmond Green, just to name a few. It also constructed Citylights

Lately, there have been several Mocca ads, disgusting or not, that have surfaced on the TV and net, and my pals say it is disgusting.

UOB Plaza

Have you ever wondered how the lifts work in UOB Plaza, because of the awkward shape? I heard from someone that to get to the higher floors you have to change lifts

Centennial and Millenia Tower

I always found the architecture of Centennial Tower and Millenia Tower impressive.

 Though built a few years back, the architecture, though not glassy, looks nice with a tiled facade and boxy windows.

Jointly designed by Kevin Roche, John Burgee, Philip Johnson and DP Architects, the building, developed by Pontiac Land, was completed in 1996.

The cone shape on Millenia Tower looks good
